If you want to sell it for 16k, I HAVE CASH RIGHT NOW! But unfortunately I would feel too guilty for ripping you off.
I would not take anything below $21k. Kbb.com lists a 2003 in good condition around $21.5k, excellent condition at $22.5k

a few reasons why your car wont sell.
1. you do not reply to private messages from serious buyers.
2. cant make up your mind on selling.
i remember my friend and i visited to buy the car but later was told "we're not selling anymore"
3. wont allow a test drive because YOU dont have insurance.
im gonna speculate on #4 but:
4. proper documents unprepaired for title transfer.
if i remember straight you bought the car for 20500. at this rate you probably wont sell anytime soon. you probably wont see a good return for the car.
Hey im sorry but if you are not prepared to sell dont even try to sell.
