Any S2K mechanics in the North Bay?
 

Hello Bay Area S2000 enthusiasts! :) I'm hoping to buy an S one of these days and I saw one I might be interested in up in the North Bay in Petaluma. :drool:

Can anyone recommend a mechanic up here for a pre-purchase inspection? An S2K specialist would be ideal... are there any around here? Even if this particular S doesn't pan out, I live in Santa Rosa, so it would be comforting to know of someone local that I could take my future baby to. :D

I think I've pretty much exhausted the capabilities of the search function and still no luck. :( There's gotta be someone in Sonoma County or at least Marin County? :ponder:

I'd take the extra drive to go to Joey. He will inspect your car and tell you whats wrong with it from there. Most of the time, those cars can't come back TOO bad, you can normally tell when that car is beat to shit....

i.e. TCT, Diff, 2nd Air Pump, ect. I could go on and on. But Overall, I think it's fine and Joey should be able to do a quick glance over your car!

Thanks! I was actually thinking about asking Joey, but I figured they might put up a fight if I try to take it that far... it's a lot of miles for a pre-purchase inspection. :cry: I need to just flatbed it down there. :LOL:
