Should I use synthetic or regular motor oil on my s2k 2004?

synthetic
i've used standard motor oil once for my S and the car did not like it at all

I've used synthetic for MY04 for the past 5 years with no issues and the car sees track time as well, so for me I would say you can't go wrong with Synthetic

I use castrol syntec and always have been.
My car is low mileage though.
