I'm writing a paper about the regulations that CARB has put on aftermarket parts/upgrades and I'm having some trouble tracking down the actual name/code of the law on their (carb's) website. If anyone knows exactly what code(s) are the ones concerning aftermarket parts, I would really appreciate it.
