Hi, any recommendations for an after market carbon fiber alternative to the front lip on the CR? Or any shops in the Bay Area? I am looking to replace mine, and OEM costs $1,200+

That's what they seem to sell for these days. Long out of production. Worth it to preserve the value of your CR. Heck a set of factory color side strakes (or whatever those thingies in front of the rear wheel openings are called) sold for just under $1000 here recently.
