I have a brand new, never been used Vortech SC with the AC that I bought from C45P312 and Never been opened clutch from Hardtopguy. It consists of Comptech lightened Flywheel, ACT HD pressure plate, OEM disc, and OEM throw out bearing. The reason I would be selling is because I got into an accident and I think that the car is totalled, and I might not be replacing it with another S. I would like to get $4400 for the SC, and $800 for the clutch. From anywhere else around $5000 is the cheapest you will find for the SC, and I bought the clutch for $900 from hardtopguy and never installed it or even opened the box. Or $5000 for both saving a few hundred dollars. Let me know if your interested, as I might sell it even if the car isn't totalled.

I'm interested in you clutch setup. Are there any differences in the AP2's that would prevent me from properly installing the clutch/flywheel? Where are you located?

Well it's kind of a long story but basically I was on 880 south heading home from work and some guy racing around cut me off and caused me to swerve out of the lane to avoid being hit. I was going around 70-75 miles per hour and the rear end slipped out and basically I hit the sound wall at about 55 MPH. The car is pretty much totalled but I'm not positive but I got out of the car without a scratch so that was good news. But the guy didn't stop so it looks like insurance is going to screw me but we'll see. I haven't even had it for a year yet, but I think I might replace it with GUEDO's s2k he is selling. We will see if they total it and how much they give me for it before I do anything thing else.

^ I know it's instinct to move out of the way... but if it's only you in the car, let the guy hit you. If they just cut you off, it's still mainly your fault because you failed to control your car. If they hit you, it's REAL easy to blame them.
Even if they run, you can show the paint on your car, and prove that you didn't just mysteriously spin.

^ Yea I know, it's one of those things where after it happens you're like awww shit I should of done this or I should of done that but in the heat of things you kind of just go off instinct. Hopefully this won't happen again but if it does at least I know what to do this time.
