Convertible right latch

My passenger side latch to lock the top in place has broken and won't stay locked. Can anyone tell me where I can get a good deal on a oem replacement before I go the dealership route?

Are the front latches the same for hardtop and soft top? Or are they different from each other (like the front strikers)?
