Default My exhaust dilemma

I have a dilemma about which way to go with my exhaust setup.

Currently I have an SOS S/C kit tuned with a gernpipe attached to stock mufflers with UK mod. The sound is awesome -- no drone at all, relatively quiet when you're not in the upper range. But, there is an annoying resonance around 3200 RPM that I've identified to be a third harmonic somewhere around 350hz. (I've heard others find strange interactions between the gernpipe and UK mod after the fact)

I'm contemplating two options:

1. Weld in a half-width-style resonator (taken directly from a stock exhaust) into the gernpipe and tune the length to (try to) remove the resonance. This is an experiment I always wanted to do, but I'm worried about reducing the value of the piece.
2. Sell the gern pipe and go with a stock exhaust, TP, and UK mod.

Question to the community:
--Do you think doing the resonator is going to tank the value of the gp or should I not worry about it too much?
--What would folks be willing to pay roughly if I just sold it off and went stock?

Thanks

sell the gern. once you mod it, it's custom to your S/C kit and no one will want it.
