i'm training a guy with screws in his knees, two compound factures in both legs. it is possible to regain full strength in the gym,. let me know when u have time i get u started

We still go every Tuesday / Thursday - the lights are timed for daylight savings time now so they come on at 7:30 pm SHARP so if we all get there by 7:15 pm like we usually do, we get first dibs on the court and game once the lights come on
I'll be there along with Mike and a few others....let's get some games going b4 rain season kicks in!
