Looking for a shop to paint a S2k racecar who will focus on longevity and great rust protection but understand it's not a showcar and doesn't have to look perfect. It's been soda-blasted and will need a thorough cleaning first. East bay preferable but will travel for the right shop.

Thanks for the suggestion. I called and spoke to Frank. Nice guy but they don't do racecar engine bays and interiors (nor the after-blast cleanup).

I'm considering this shop for a bumper repaint also. Do you think they did a good job? No offense but it seems like the color match was poorly done (Just from what I can tell from the picture)

If you want to match the color and want to save some money with their "bumper discount", don't go to this one.

Ya , the colors are like two-tone, they did not try to match the color at all. It is way off in person.
I also asked them to install my new shine made amuse bumper as well ( with undrilled holes). Ended up scratching my headlights, bad trimming job around the headlight area, bad fitments as well.
They just wanted to get work done without trying their best imo.

I talked about it with the owner and he refunded the paint job money but not the installation fee.
