You have Driving Ambition, The Shop in San bruno and Mario. All very good options
Just asked for help not blacktrax bashing.

Sorry for the late response I lost my password but my car has 142,XXX Miles. I took the car to get a second opinion and the compression test result was Cyl #1 170 Cyl #2 160 Cyl #3 160 Cyl #4 160. I asked them shouldn't the compression be at 200+ but the told me it's a 16-year-old engine so I should expect lower compression results they told me the car was fine I had the car for over a month now starts up with no hesitations every time I don't race the s2000 it's my daily driver I normally keep the car at 3k rpm and sometimes I'll take it to 5k but that's about it if you have any suggestions please let me know.

It is hard to tell just by looking under the valve cover, especially at this distance. It looks like there is some dino oil stains but thats it. You might get better luck posting in your actual regional sub forum (socal), get someone well known to do your compression test. People who say an F20C shouldn't see over 200 PSI are full of shit.

Your throttle cable looks too tight, usually they hang pretty limp with throttle closed (look for the diy on this).
Hard to tell, but your serpentine belt may be in need of replacement (have a look at the indicator, look for diy it shows you what to look for).
As far as the internals go, I don't know, it's almost like you're asking a doctor to diagnose hemorrhoids by having them look at your tonsils... But Bilman may see something.

As for revving your car... If you change gears at such low revs, then I bet you'll find yourself lugging the engine from time to time. This is much worse than hitting the red line on a well warmed up engine.

So you went from 210 to 160-170??? Dude you need to take it to a reputable place/person. My car is 16 years old and I am at 240 across the board. I recently checked out a 00 s2k that I was going to purchase as a daily with 23x,xxxmiles and all were around 210-220 with the exception of one that had a cross threaded spark plug so I wasn't able to get my gauge to hook up. And that thing had all kinds of oil leaks and small little things that needed repair. Pm me if you'd like some help..
