Default Anyone had any dealings with Sparktec Motorsports?

Anyone in the bay areas used this outfit? I am still waiting for a refund, 6 months on and they do not answer the phone or respond to emails!

Has anyone else had bad experiences with them?

Never heard of them. You should have asked around before buying from them .

Any company I deal with online I see what their score is on BBB. If they are not recognized with BBB or have a bad rating on BBB I do not deal with them. I just looked them up and they have a C rating. Since they are listed with BBB file a complaint. You'll get a faster response that way

After a 6 month wait for a refund you NEED to contact your bank/Paypal to get the process started.

BBB is a joke. If a business registers they have to pay. If they stop paying, they get a bad rating.

I've used BBB on a couple of occasions and received my money back in less than a week. Actually helpful in most cases Anything that helps consumers from shady practices I'm all for it. You never know who you deal with online. OP hasn't got his money back in 6 months. Why not file a complaint. I don't see what your argument is here other than your opinion that didn't state the problem at hand.
