Valve adjustment

my tech just did a valve adjustment for me, and it fixed what i thought was a misfire, idle is smooth finally, also when i power shift from 1st to 2nd it doesn't just chirp or spin a little it actually peels out, i have 45000 miles and i plan to do this every 30k or so, just thought i like to share

Strange, i always thought my car was down on power after adjustments..... Since it is better safe than sorry I do mine every 15K

How much do shops usually charge to do valve adjustment?

I charge 100 for parts and labor. that includes new oem valve cover gasket and tube seals.

also to the OP. I'm guessing your valves were too tight to make it run rough. or shakey.
