Full ings kit asm front and rear fenders. Carbon trunk roll cage bride seats and detachable steering wheel.

Welcome back!
you're biggest problem is going to be smog, those 2 things are gonna get you dinged
- supercharger
- straight pipes
EDIT:
oh, and it looks like your front windows are tinted, that's also illegal...
That's california for ya.
sick ride btw, loving the color combo.

The VTSC is legal as long as it is at preset boost. AEM is a no go.
1999 law says it's legal to tint front windows up to a certain percent. I don't remember exactly what that was. Google is your friend. Then again most likely your get pulled over for just driving your S in Cali.

If you're gonna be around the Elk Grove area, you're definitely gonna draw some attention to the cops. One of the biggest things I've noticed they go after was car height. Not much of a problem, but definitely a hassle. Window tint is also another biggie.

I find my NC plates are at times the only reason I DONT get pulled over. A cop will pull in behind me then back off once he sees the plates. If there is any way you can keep your out of state registration I would do it. Plus it has to be less expensive to register your car in HW.
I pay $28 to register my 2002 S in NC.
