BUYER BEWARE!! Make sure you know who your dealing with before sending any money!! A lot of these auctions are legit, but I've also heard a number of horror stories!

If it's a used or rebuilt engine you might want to try:

They specialize in Honda engines and transmissions. I purchased an engine & tranmission from them for a project car I had 3 years ago and that car is still running perfectly (just over 110,000mi on that engine).


Another route you might want to try is the recycling/salvage yard in Rancho Cordova. It's cheaper but you have to do your homework cause alot of those cars are totaled!

Thanks for the info, have any idea what they are selling for? Approximately? Good info, you are right....not pretty.
Missed you Friday nite...I think I saw a post that said you were in the Bay area. It was a beautiful nite and awesome drive. There were 5 of us on the drive then 2 more couples met up with us there. We really had a good time, and it was a new fun bunch of folks.
