Folsom Lake Honda has a couple of techs that went thru S2k training. I haven't heard anything bad from them nor has my experience with them been bad.
Some of the members of the community may be able to help too. I won't be scheduling a monthly meet this month due to the huge Treasure Island Megameet. However there will be local meets ahead. It's a good way to meet the community and see if anyone here may be able to assist you.

Lee's Automotive by Costco in Rancho is good for any other car. Been going there for many years.

Just going to add becuase my Phia at Tom's Automotive does great automotive work and my Buddy Sum at Seiko does awesome jobs too. He's gotten my clutch and valve retainers done at an afforable price. SO hit me up if you need me reference. Mid town/ South Sacramento.

I would recommend PureAUTO on Power Inn Road and Alpine Avenue. They work on a lot of S2000's there and I was actually recommended by another S2000 owner to have my car brought into there if I were to have any issues. I've dropped by twice and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the work. They share a large garage with another shop and together their name is "Fitted Garage".
