Another suspension question. Koni's & Espelir Springs
#11
OP, I probably wouldn't put your springs on the lower perch if you don't want to be tucking tire. The upper perch should be right around where the stock perch would be (my eibach drop is very similar to the height I've seen on pics with the stock shocks).

What about running tein s tech springs would it be about same height as your eibach drop? I'm thinking of getting koni with the tein springs that are already on my car or you guys think the swift spec r would be better as far as handling?

Yeah I'm debating just going upper perch until I get a better wheel set up.

In for pictures and follow up review of this setup. I'm currently on Espelir ASD springs, OEM shocks, 255 Hankook RS3 tires and standard fender work. My front tires rub during autocrossing and it sounds like the lower perch might be too much.

Okay guys so for the time being I've decided I keep it on the upper perch because the tires I have are brand new and don't really want to buy a new set right now.
Espelir springs/ koni yellow upper perch is being installed right now!
Ill post pictures when I have them on.

Not the best picture but it's on! The springs are still settling but I had to leave on a trip. Just wanted to keep this updated.
The ride feels good. I would say better ride quality then oem springs (but those springs were I'm sure past their due dates)
8.5/10
The tires didn't run at all at first but the springs started To settle a little and the rear tires are now rubbing. (Thanks god I didn't go lower perch)
I am going to get my alignment as soon as I'm back in town. Hopefully that will help.
I personally love the height. I haven't attempted to hit a speed bump straight on yet but I think it might just barley clear.
Tires tuck under nicely it's a clean look in my opinion.
Can't wait to take better pictures once my springs settle
