I am in the market for an 06 S2000. Anybody here bought one recently? Would really appreciate any leads to find a good deal. I am in Santa Monica. Thanks!

Don't go near honda of santa monica. I know multiple people (including myself) who have been unhappy with the sales people and dealer service.

I went to George Orr at Buena Park Honda.

Thanks guys. Just found that my employer has some tie-ups with a couple of local Honda dealers. I might get Honda employee pricing. Any idea as to how this works?

DO NOT GO TO SCOTT ROBINSON HONDA IN TORRANCE!!!!!!!!

I went there on a Friday to look at a 01 Berlina and the sales man quoted me 23,999.00 for it.

But when I returned on Sunday to purchase it, it miraculously was 27,999.00

No sticker price.... all quoted by the same jack off sales manager

Those guys were smoking crack..... He told me "you will never find this car for less then 25K"...I laughed and went my own way.

The next week I found my 02 for only 20,500.....certified!!!! I saw Mr. Jackoff about 3 weeks ago at a gas station driving a punk a$$ boxter and I laughed at him because Mr. Smartypants was pumping 87 in to it.

I laughed because my car will still smoke his even if he were to put 118 octane :D

I vowed to never buy a car from them again!

But on another note... how is the job search going on Ms. Shannon? :hello:
