The quality of their work is similar to Maaco except they at least use better paint. When I asked they told me they do not even offer a warranty on their body work and paint is only 2 years. Seeing as there is literally cracking bondo under the fresh paint on my "new OEM Honda rear quarter panel" that was welded in, I can understand why there is no real warranty. They are cons.

I can only speak about Alex and say that I've only had good experiences with him.

With that being said, I'm sorry that you've had such a crappy experience with their collision repair. I had something very similar happen with a different shop and had to chalk it up to lesson learned. At least you got a partial refund; something more than I got.

He spoke competently enough but he a) lied to me about the used quarter he put on my car and b) put a non-defrost top on the car when it is wired for a defroster. Not only a liar but also incompetent.
