Anyways, Rommel (dwnshft) got wind of my story, and took it upon himself to correct martin Chevrolet's mistake and BS...

Can you believe that?

He FedEx'ed 2 BRAND NEW remotes with detailed custom made instructions (On his letter head) on how I can program the new remotes on to my car :thumbup:

Can you believe that? He didnt even sell me the car, and he took what happened to me so seriously, and took initiative to make sure I am satisfied :thumbup:

If you are ever in the market for a new/ used Chevy... or whatever make/ model for that matter... GO SEE ROMMEL :thumbup: Look at how important AFTER customer service is to him... To me, that is 100% as important as the customer service during the sale too :thumbup:
