and are you 100% positive it's an 06 AP2?

if he has AP1 headlights could have been in a front end collision, AP1 head lights are cheaper to obtain than AP2 headlights..

I did a CarFax it is 100% an AP2

The car has matching vins on the front end. (Fenders, Hood, etc..) So I don't see how the front end would have been hit

the headlight swap to an AP1 is rather interesting that was all, most people prefer the AP2 headlights. lol

Exactly which makes it somewhat rare in owner preference or something strange going on crash related etc. Could be either.

I don't know the car but carfax it. What dealer is it from, if we know the area that helps immensely. Service records etc.

I think someone s2ki made a google spreadsheet of a database of the s2ki users that have volunteered their VIN (or license plate?). I can't find that spreadsheet anymore but maybe it could be on there as well.
