Customer relations position
I was recently offered a job as a customer relations position at a dealership. Anyone have any experience on this position? It almost sounds too easy and has a decent pay. Anyone have any friends/family that have this position? THANKS !!!!

A coworker of mine was a Customer Relations manager at South Coast Subaru, and he told me it was a very stressing position.
He had told me that there was not a day where a customer would NOT get angry, and start yelling.

usually the customer service representative does the follow up calls after the delivery of a vehicle to make sure the transaction went smoothly. the rep may also answer any questions the customer may have such as operation of the vehicle. he/she may also do the delivery of the vehicle if the originating sales rep is not available.
dealers especially honda are big on customer service scores because i believe that effects their relationship with corporate directly
