Do you have your own garage? Are you willing to learn? If yes, register on http://www.meguiarsonline.com/ and sign up for a seminar. They usually have them on Saturdays. They'll teach you how to detail by hand and by dual action polisher (most people use this machine). You might even get discounts on products if you order during the seminar. You might spend more initially on products, but you'll come out ahead on the long run when you compare it against paying a detailer.
