hey guys, i just got a letter stating that honda finance was unable to loan me the money to purchase my car... so what the hell am i supposed to do now? what are my options? can I just go somewhere else and get a loan and pay honda? can i return the car? what can/should I do?

wait u already have the car before u were approved by honda finance? did u buy a new car from a honda dealer?

and yea u can go to any bank or credit union for an auto loan

Probably an open end lease return, Try a Credit union they are easier to get approved thru

Keep an eye out on the car. A friend of mine bought a truck a few years ago, but after he got it home, he got rejected for the loan a couple days later. They came and repo'ed his car while he was asleep.

^^ dam scanless i didn't know you can get rejected for a loan after you purchase the car. Aren't they suppose to see if they can finance you before you take it out the dealership?

You return the car or go get your own financing. Contact your dealer.

My dealer messed up my application, submitted it, corrected it, then resent it.

This caused a rejection letter to show up, even after I was approved.
