Fixing Curb rash?

So where do u guys fix the wheel curb rash? All 4 of my wheel have curb and I just can't take it anymore? Also how much will it be to fix?

I have used Velvet Touch in the past. Mobile service, fast, and just like OEM. Maybe he can cut you a deal on all 4.
