If your not familiar with cars your self, bring along a friend that knows.
Spend some time reading the FAQ's under "S2000 Talk" and "S2000 Under the hood". These FAQ compilations should get you familiar with some of the many aspects of the S2000. You'll start to realize which model is better, and better for you, or if the S2000 is the right car for you.

Good Luck!

We can inspect it here at HondaWorld for you. All the basic stuff. There is not that much that goes out on these, just check the diff mounts etc. They wear out at about 90k or so..... not a big deal. run a carfax etc too

Test drive it like a madman outta hell!!! Rev it repeatedly right after ignition start to 9k three times... J/k.. Just take the car to nearest HONDA dealership for a complete inspection and diagnostics.. Run a carfax via vin (jz like pierceman said), this will notify you of how many owners, and indicate collision repairs and other valid info.. Good luck

If the drive is not too far I would definitely take it to Ben to look at it.

He works at Diamond bar honda. PM him about it
