Default Help with workshop palm dale area.

Hi,
Does anybody know a workship on this area to replace a s2000 clutch? No need to be a Honda specialist

Kind regards

I live in the AV (Lancaster area). TBH I wouldn't trust any shops out here. Honda specialist or not. I would take it to a shop that knows S2000. If you can, take it down to JPM Autowerkz or Tony Fusch down in the valley to get the work done.

My buddy and I have done all the work ourselves (including clutch replacement, engine rebuilt, valve adjustment, camshaft swap, body work, etc) for our cars and our little AV S2000 group because I don't trust any shops out here. If you need help, pm me and we'll see what we can do.

BTW, i'm not soliciting job here. We all have fulltime jobs. This is just for info to help you out. S2000 is a special car, take it to a reliable shop or some one that knows S2000.

My brother and I we always try to do the work ourselves because here in the AV the shops aren't that great/honest in my personal experiences. However, I had my clutch replaced in my 09 SI (because I didn't know nor had the tools to do it) last year over my friend's dad shop but I am 100% sure that he has never worked on an S before so I would try to take it to the two shops mentioned above.

If you're willing to make the drive I can also do this for you. Not the closest but just an option...

I vouch for Kaotik, he helped me install a Mugen roll bar a couple years ago - it was a bitch of a job! Couldn't have done it without his help

thanks, buddy! Over the years I've learned to do almost everything on the S2000. Service manual is a godsend. Everything minus a K-swap (which is a blasphemy in my eyes) and actual tuning - getting there though.
