How Do I Find A Good Dentist In SoCal?
I stopped going to my (Beverly Hills) dentist because he retired. The guy charged WAY more than other dentists, but he did great quality work.
Then I went to a dentist (recommended to me) in Burbank, but stopped going after 2 visits because he did poor quality work. I asked him to change a sensitive filling, and he numbed me up and did the wrong tooth; and another filling he put in fell out after 2 days.
I think Beverly hills dentists have huge overhead costs, so they charge more - but that doesn't mean that they are more skilled than a dentist in Glendale. Or does it?

I did not go to the dentist for 12 years because I hate dentists. But my parents love their dentist so I went to him last week. After not going for 12 years, all I had to do was replace two fillings and get a deep cleaning .
Anyway his is really good and had very little discomfort. His name is Ken Harada and he is in Culver City. Here is his number 310 837 5121.
My parents retired and now live in Sacramento, but still come down every 6 months to see him, he is that good.

I have been seeing the same dentist for about 25 years now. I've recommended him to many people and never heard any complaints. Its a bit far for you Pete but he is good. Dr. Howard Igasaki on Crenshaw Bl. in Torrance. His son is now part of his business too.

Anyone know of a good dentist in the San Fernando Valley?? I usually go to a dentist in Woodland Hills, but I don't like his work as much as my old (retired) dentist.

Beverly Hills doesn't mean it's better - it MIGHT be (and at least is likey to have more $, better ads). I go to a great guy in Arcadia after boucing around a bit. Ask your friends for a rec.

Last year I changed dentists because of my work insurance. I have gone to one in Glendale that I am very happy with. He does very thorough work in my experience. IM me if you want his info.
