Duct tape?

The CEL is probably just caused because air is leaking out. Duct tape will solve that problem.

Eventually, you can get it welded - but if it's aluminum (it probably is) then it might not be worth the trouble and $$. You might just pick up any pipe off of an ebay intake. If you can find a perfect match, you can always get a straight section of pipe, hack all the pipes up, and just attach them all using clamps and those rubber hose things.

I would personally start by calling injen. If they don't take care of you or atleast sell you that section, then i'd make a website called injenintakessuck.com and commit your life to getting people to visit it. That'll teach em...

You can try the JB-WELD.It's available at any AutoParts stores.

you can TIG weld it, most muffler corner store will not have tig weld, call around it's not hard.

JB weld will do if you are cheap, the intake pipe has little pressure so the weld doesnt need to be strong

edit: depends on the part of the pipe, you might or might not want to use cold weld
