Mechanic recommendations - Santa Monica
Hi All-
I've had my S2K for 19 years with absolutely no issues. I haven't even had to replace my clutch yet! However, today with just over 140k miles, I got the dreaded check engine light. When I opened my hood, I could see oil all around the edges of the the engine. Needless to say, I'm sure the news isn't good but wondering if anyone has a great mechanic in the Santa Monica/WLA area that you could recommend. My mechanic just retired and I only want to take my car to someone that really knows the S2K.

We would love to take a look at the s2k. We have always been s2k junkies and decided to open a shop! You can check out our Instagram / website for the vehicles we have worked on since we opened up. We are very honest and have no need to "up sell." We always take pictures of everything that is going on with the car in order for you to be in the know. We also give daily updates as to the status of your vehicle and how far the project has come along. We don't believe in "hidden fees, or this was a lot hard so we have to charge you more" If we write the invoice or estimate we stand by it. If you want to have a chat you have out phone number. We are located in the Sylmar (10 miles or so north of santa monica) area and don't mind picking up or dropping off. We have a tow truck with discounted rates. (if we owned it, we wouldn't charge)
