I have no spare tire and the nail is pretty deep into the rear driverside tire. It is stuck in the middle of the tread and i cant pull it out.
It doesnt seem as tho the tire is leaking.

Should I just drive to the nearest tire shop and get them to patch it if possible?
any reccomendations on a good place to go... tire rack or something? As close as possible, I want to stay away from driving far distances =

Hey dude, you did a good job solving your own problem!

So did they patch it from the inside and tell you that you cannot go any faster than 112mph on the patched tire now? Too bad huh?

Once a tire is patched or plugged it loses it's speed rating. Dropping from Z to T blows. (or is it S? I don't remember those crappy low speed ratings!)
