Penske Honda Screwed Me

So you won't buy another Honda because of a small issue and bad customer service from a single dealership? Thanks for the information but why didn't you go to another dealership if you didn't like how you were being treated there, you warranty should've worked at any Honda dealer.

Yeah, what happened sucks, but I would've gone to a different dealership to get the problem looked at.

Yeah I'm not sure how you can blame Honda for you refusing to take your car to any of the many other Honda dealerships in San Diego.
Milwaukee is a MUCH, MUCH smaller metro area & yet I can drive to three different Honda dealerships in just a few minutes.

Is this a form of venting? Why not send the message to the approriate recipient.

Better not let Trump find you, Rocket Man. Use lemon law or complain to Honda North America and get your ducks in a row before whining here. Sounds like you were negligent about making sure your warranty was honored, as on the 3rd time you could have gone lemon law on them and they would have had to give you your 40k back. Leave it to the North Koreans to not know when to use a Japanese warranty!

Hang on... You bought the car new in 2011.. it's 2017.. that's 6 years.... for a clicking noise? If all of this happened within a year then I can see how this is kind of bothersome. But who has the time and mind-power to get this upset at something that happens maybe once every 2 years? And on top of that, it isn't even safety related, it's not a chronic check engine light or SRS light, it's purely "I DONT LIKE THIS SOUND"... You bought a damn odyssey. You're probably going to have a click or a rattle somewhere at some point. If you want a dead silent car then you're looking to lease a luxury German vehicle, not a Honda.
I honestly feel sorry for that dealer, you sound like a damn handful. They didn't have to offer you even a discount. Most dealer's warranty their own work for 6 or 12 months & X miles, maybe even less. You're clearly coming back after that fact. Good for them they offered you a discount but great on them they didn't cave in and give you free shit.
