RDA Group sent me a whole dollar bill! 
You know what scares me? They printed my name and middle initial along with my model year at the top of the survey. That particular name and initial was never associated with my vehicle -- it's what I use for my newspaper subscription.
So, where did RDA Group get the name info (OCRegister, of course) and how did they cross-reference it with my s2k?
