I don't recognize the tire tread pattern nor the wheels. Sketchy tires? Square tire setup (strong oversteer)? VSA Off ('cuz real drivers don't use "nannies")?
Appears to be a one-car accident. I'd think "cruise" members would be all there. Stolen car (drive it like you stole it)?

VSA does get in the way of fast driving, especially when you have upgraded components. I can't drive with it on. It engages too often. All pre 06 cars don't have it, so it's not always necessary. It can come in handy during rainy weather.
