Default Should I go to traffic school in CA?

I accidentally went by a stop sign but thankfully I can still take traffic school. I have a clean record

Should I even do it? I feel a stop sign ticket shouldn't increase my insurance right? Technically non-moving violation (jk)

After doing a quick search, I've come across one called Best Online Traffic School (frankly they all say best or cheapest LOL ).

Any experiences?

Don't know California law but were you convicted and sentenced to traffic school? Can you be in contempt of court by skipping this or does it just remove points?

BTW, the phrase is negligently ran a stop sign, not accidentally went by a stop sign . A coconut falling on the hood of your car is an accident.

Not if that frustrated squirrel purposely dropped that coconut from a building in attempt to crack it open.

I suggest you ask the court and not us. Better to hear it from them. But if traffic school is an option, I would most likely take it.

Did you go? I've gone in CA many times. It ends up costing you more than the ticket alone but anything to keep it off my record. I moved to Colorado in Sept 2017 and they don't have traffic school. One stop sign ticket and my insurance with USAA went up.
