I am asked to enforced this and also we are going to be more strict on "GUESTS" selling stuff here. I've beeb loose on here about that, and the owners want it to be more stiff on it.
If you guys don't like it, complain to the higher power, but for now I am going to do my job as posted above.
Man that is gonna be a lot of work maintaining a thread like this. Since we got shot down for our own FS, FT, WTB forum, I think we should just leave it the way its been done for the past who knows how long. The Admin wrote in ur other thread that not only are we not goin to have our own FS forum, but now all the FS, FT, WTB posts will be moved to the For Sale board. I STRONGLY disagree with his authority to do that. In our SoCal forum, we already know who is who and are familiar with many of the names we see everyday regardless if they are selling something or sharing a experience. I for one when I need something, I come to the SoCal board because I know the majority of the people who post there are my neighbors to some degree. I dont want to go to the For Sale board when I need something. Especially when our local sales will be lost in the midst of a thousand other sales. If i want something and its available from a local SoCal member, why would I go thru the hassle of shipping or looking thru sales from members across the state? I want to see the item and just arrange to pick it up. Like I said before, the names on the SoCal board we have grown pretty use to. We know who's who and who is reputable. Why screw with that? Now not only are we not going to get our own forum for sale and trades, all our posts will be moved and lost in the midst of a HUGE for sale forum. If I wanted my item in that forum, I would list it there as well. Lets keep it the way thigs were. The SoCal forum is for us locals from as far up north to as far down south. I don't remember seeing anything in the by laws about NO SELLING or TRADING in the SoCal forum. Lets just keep it the way it is and has been. Just my 2 cents. If ya'll agree then cool, if not, then I guess I'll be looking for stuff in the Huge For Sale forum.
