i am driving 54 on a 45 street, so i got a ticket, but the cop say i am driving 64 not 54...

i ask him how he calculates my speed, and he says he drives behind me around 6x to catch me up, so he write me as 64

i feel that is not fair..what should i do to fight for the ticket?

and what if the cop say he drive faster to catch me up and then stay behind me for 2 sec to write down my speed?

Take his ass to court!!! on the back of the ticket there should be sokme info to dispute it.

Stupid cop. For the speed "pacing" ticket. Doesn't he have to follow you for like 2 miles? What are the rules?

if he's behind you, how else is he going to "catch up to you" without going faster.


Dispute that mofo. he' s prob just trying to hit his quota or whatever and realizes the ticket will be dismissed if you fight it.
