TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER DIY

I just bought a Used 04 Honda S2000. After a Oil change, I started hearing ticking, rattling noises from my vehicle. I checked the oil levels and it's top off. I am hearing about TCT from certain post here and there. I was wondering if anybody living Alhambra, CA, can help me check it out?

Talk to Alex at Ballade Motorsports. They have a lifetime warranty on their TCT, which is AWESOME because the TCT's are known to go bad on our cars. It's in Garden Grove if you're willing to make the trek.

Alex did the TCT on my 2005 with 100k miles. just have him do it and know it is done right. its worth it.

I believe it is 125 with core exchange.

I think $80 for labor? I forget. Just give him a call. Super nice guy which great service.

Alex's fix is a good one. I did my own but it's a hassle to do it for one who's not mechanically inclined. Just hit him up and get it done right.

find a machine shop that can sandblast the worm gear and then diy. you'll save yourself some money.
