Default SCREWED!

Well with some of the new laws in California he just might get to watch his S2000 become a 4x4x3 foot block of "once was".... Better not have priors and pray for a lenient judge. Moron.

I was about to say something like this but didn't know if I was full of shit or not and too lazy to look it up............but.......I seem to remember hearing that a street racing charge could reasonably end up with a crushed car and immediately suspended license.
Has this ever happened to anybody you know?

Not me personally but my neighbors nephew had his 1999 Civic Si crushed after "a few violations". He did get to watch it being recycled at this same facility in Ontario Ca.

2012 video, so nothing new. Commentary indicates these cars were full of stolen parts, no VINs, etc. Crushed for those reasons. But that was over 6 years ago so who knows for sure.

I knew a Celica owner that got arrested for speed contest and ordered to appear in court. He kept the car but spent a night in jail, had a suspended license for some time and need to hire an attorney.

I just spoke to this guy via text. He sold his car for 7.8k We were planning on buying it but couldn't agree on a price. I guess they just impounded it.
