I'd vote TSX.
The Bimmer is more fun to drive, but in the winter (for people who live in snowy climates) how many fun drives do you get? Its mostly just slogging around in salt covered traffic waiting for the heat to come on. And the Acura will get better milage just putting around.
Its close, but a stick in the Acura would clinch it for me.
