It is almost perfect. Get rid of the roof and it would be there.

Well, I was going to chime in that the fastest Lotus is the often forgotten 2-Eleven. I would be wrong. This Exige would smoke it. Cool vid, thanks for sharing.

Repost, but great car. It has since been involved in an accident. The owner is a real piece of work.

What a delightful racket that thing produces. That sucks if he totaled it but he seems to have the means to quickly start up another project.

Old video, he got hit but I don't think it's totaled, he's rebuildling it or is already done rebuilding it. The car is silly, it would be hard to drive for an actual track event with that much power.

I'm not sure who Matt is but I'm guessing it's aimed at me. The two cars are completely different obviously. The GT-R is much faster in a straight line and probably faster on a medium to open road course. The Elise is much faster on an autocross course and a tight technical road course. The Elise is 10X more fun and engaging to drive but it's only a toy, barely a real car you can use on the street often. The GT-R is a cruise missle with a nice comfortable cabin and pretty capable handling for a 3,800 pound car.
