Sounds like we have dumb VW owners to blame for this trend, but now honda 'toonerz' are getting into it.

this comes fro the hoodride look of old aircooled VWs.. looks good on OLD cars.. the idea was you take a beater and make it mechanically sound and throw some suspension/rim combo on it. this is just a half ass attempt at it on a car that it could never look right on.
