I seem to be the only person in that thread that realizes the GT-R clearly wasn't trying to race.

EDIT - oh, and you too now.

 

So what's the cliff notes? Guy in S sees GTR in traffic, steps on gas and "smokes" said GTR?

 

Guys see's GT-R on his bumper,steps on gas and "smokes" said GTR. Then says the guy had no balls because he didn't decide to drive like an idiot on public roads.

 

Cliff notes - guy with stock S2K is probably holding up GTR on long on-ramp, so GTR is probably riding closely. Guy reads that as the GTR wanting to race and somehow "smokes" him by VTECing for several exits, because the "GTR is nowhere near as agile".

The first post says it all, worth a look.

I bet the guy is still breaking it in and was riding his bumper only able to rev to 3500rpm.
