A supercharged 2.0L Honda engine easily puts out 300 hp (about 255 at the wheels). That's what they use on the Ariel Atom (optional motor).

247 whp while normally aspirated (if it's a 2.0L) is pretty tough, I would imagine - I/H/E, Hondata, cams, tuning, and maybe higher compression and/or a bump in displacement might do it.

 

I just checked out prototype motorsports website and I be lieve that is a modded K20a in there.

 

You have to love that close course in back of industrial area.

 

The captioning at the top of the video shows it to be an FC20.

That does make a certain amount of sense since the K20 has the opposite rotation doesn't it?

Ya, i noticed tthe caption but when i checked out the site they had a similar looking one with a Kseries in it. WHo knows but that bitch sounds mean.

 

yea that is K20A, s2000 motor cant fit due to the layout. Exige is transversely mounted rear engine similar NSX.
