Insurance questions. Advice needed.
So I have been under my parents insurance since I started driving. I have 1 accident at fault, 1 50 - 50 and 1 not my fault and a speeding ticket 3 years ago.
Insurance company decided to drop me and my car from my parents' policy.
Geico just came to NJ and I know that most insurance companies use CLUE reports to check claim history and such, along with a DMV record.
I checked my own CLUE report and it turns out that my insurance company had been messing up and didn't put any of my accidents under my name but under my parents name. Turns out that my parents insurance is not going up though.
I am thinking of just switching my address, since Geico wants history of all drivers in the household and simply only putting down my speeding ticket from 3 years ago. By doing this, my insurance would only be $3,200 a year, which I know is a lot when compared to other states but I actually like Jersey.
What should I do?
a) simply change my address and have my parents insure the car under their name and drive the car anyway?
b) Insure under Geico as specified above?
c) any other possibilities you guys might have for me?

No offense, but you need to start driving like a grandma.
With 3 accidents and a speeding ticket, you're not going to like it if and when you start paying your insurance on your own policy.
Good luck.

Hmmm, so let me get this straight, you are thinking of committing insurance fraud to cover up your sub par driving record.
My opinion, very bad idea.
Have you tried taking a defensive driving class, or something of that nature? Sometimes insurance companies will give discounts for safer drivers.
Good luck with your decision, but if you do decide to hide the truth from the insurance companies you better be willing to pay the price if they find out.
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
