Cool, lets go through life stashing cash like a paranoid freak and never treat yourself. I can't wait to have a bunch of money to spend when I'm 70 and decrepit.

Better than blowing everything on a viper and not having the money to keep it on the road...

I had this decision to a year back and chose not to. I would wait, if you are second guessing the purchase because of money it probably isn't a good idea. I would wait atleast until you have some money stashed for repairs if need be.

OP - I see you are in Canada.... perfect environment for a high horsepower car with no electronic nannies to slow it down. They love cool tire temps to put down all that torque...

if you do get a viper don't follow this guy.

here is what happens in central pa on Black Friday (probably 40F) when the tires are not completely warmed up... I just happened to be right behind this guy in my RX8....

Thanks for all the great info, Im going to sit and wait on this one. All i keep on thinking is, I would buy the viper and then i would be screwed if something happened and it's not worth it. It has been my dream car since it came out in 92 and despite it being a beast, I still want one even if it's going to kill me hehe.
Im going to wait though. Thanks for the help on this one thinking straight.
