I'm not saying they're lying, I don't know, but I wouldn't use Wikipedia as a source. That article is obviously biased, and they used mitsubishisucks.com as a resource. Come on now.

This was an informative topic and i thought i would share it since i didn't know about this past that mitsu had.
One of my past time is gathering general knowledge and thought someone else might also benefit from knowing things average people dont know.

I've checked up on more references since and mitsu group did use pow's as slaves and they still refuse to apologize and compensate for disregarding the Geneva convention which was agreed by Japan before ww2.

Well, IBM sold some of its first rudimentary computers to Germany, hell even Preston Bush, President Bush's grandpa, sold scrap metal to the Nazis to make a buck even after we entered the war. Plenty of German companies used slave labor in their war supporting effort also. I think the problem we have is the Japanese are still in denial about what they did in WW2. They think of themselves as liberators of Asia from European and western Imperialism, sound familiar? The problem was they treated the other Asian countries horribly and the people hated them. I remember my mom's uncles telling me about the time they caught a Japanese soldier and went medieval on him, but it was nothing like how the Japanese treated them.
