I know I'm not a professional photographer.

Nice. A relative has a black 06 Solstice and she likes it a lot.

So there ARE solstice owners who put the top down.

I was starting to wonder because every solstice I see is always top up.
I understand that it takes about 4 months to put it down with all the extra steps, but damn...

sorry, couldnt resist.

I've actually noticed more Solstice/Sky owners in my area that drive with the top down then Miata owners.

I like the sky better; but they are basically the same car.

Agreed, I find the Sky to be a much more better looking car, however I see like 10x the # of Solstices than I do Skys...odd. Sweet ride, though!

The sad reality is, most vert drivers are top up most of the time. You just notice your own car top down more. But yup, we are out there...

Here is me.

Here is another 100 or so in the Rockies...

Living proof that I do drive with the top down.

Here is an over-the-shoulder shot of Colorado near the Wyoming state line. Look ma, no top!

And a little further on, reaching up over the winshield header...

Topless in the Rockies...

It still cracks me up that I can just reach back blindly with the camera while driving and still sometimes get a nice shot like this...
