Dont do it...Its got nothing to offer you in all reality. You cant do anything in that except mash the pedal at stop lights which = repairs.
Don't do it!

So that car's 12 years old and listed for $120,000 new and it's only worth $15,900 now? That's over $722 per month in just depreciation for every month in those 12 years. That's insane.

Didn't even notice that it has 139k MILES! Holy crap...all kinds of stuff will start needing to be replaced with that kind of miles, just wear items, not to mention stuff that actually breaks.

Drive your S2k for another few years and pocket all that money you would haven't spent otherwise on that '94 SL and buy an '03/'04 SL down the road.

Makes me think twice about spending long money on a car. Figure 5% tax ($6000) and interest about what's it's worth now... and you're at $875/mo not counting any brakes, tires and oil etc...

I'd assume 12 year vintage NSX or a F348 or 911 etc.. are worth more

yeah my realistic plan plays out something like that. actually had planned on taking the s2k with me to my grave, but getting a nice entry-lux sedan (CTS-V ) when it's paid off in 3 years and then using the s2k as a track/weekend car

I agree that it's pretty much done depreciating. I was just commenting on how much the person who purchased it new has lost!!!
