If you ever wondered what an LT1 would look like in the back of a Fiero, here ya go. (This is not the engine in my show car, this is in my sleeper grey Fiero, well sleeper unless you hear it ;) )

The GTs were such great cars to run, provided they didn't catch on fire! Very clean car - nice! I have to say I like it better all red through,and I think you should take a saw to that shifter!

I probably will when I get around to working on it again,
I never noticed how bad it was until I drove it after the s2000.

It was actually kind of scary to drive after driving a nice car.
I never noticed how bad the brakes and steering were.

Thats what he does, he stuffs v8s into Fieros, and now Solstices too.
Mostly crate engines or TPI, but hes done a couple other LT1s.

I thought MY Fiero was bad until I found out he put an LS2 in a some guys Fiero!

what trans did you use? fieros we're cool cars back in the day!

Funny you would mention one catching fire. Saw one catch fire on track. It had a 350 chevy in the back too. cool car.

the guy that owns sector111 used to work at the fiero plant, and he still owns a "secret" fiero, i think because its nowhere near street legal.

I thought the fires were specific to the four cyclinders. I am not sure that the V-6 version had the same problem. But the OP probably knows better than me on that issue.
